Lina the Sugar Plum Fairy

This is Lina as the Princess of the Sugar Plum Fairies from my upcoming fanfic 'Dance of the Nutcracker'

I was originally going to make Lina a sugar fire fairy or a fire plum fairy so it would work better with her hair. But as I started writing the fanfic I realized that it was too strange to change the name. So having her a sugar plum fairy is probably strange but oh well.

I ended up doing this with pencil crayons because the purple markers I have are way too dark so it looked really strange. So I abandoned the markers and opted for pencil crayons. Even though it doesn't scan as well as markers does it kinda works in a whimsy sort of a way having it so light. So even though it doesn't look as good as I envisioned it in my head I'm generally pleased with it.
